Cloud security startup CipherCloud buys CloudUp Networks CipherCloud, an Andreessen Horowitz-backed cloud security startup, has acquired CloudUp Networks, a company that helps track data as it moves through the cloud. Google buys security startup Impermium Google has acquired Impermium, a security startup whose technology is used to protect websites from fraudulent registrations, compromised logins and risky transactions.
